Swedish architect, Jagnefalt Milton, was awarded in the Norwegian master plan competition for the city of Åndalsnes. Instead of building an entirely new city, Milton opted to use exsiting railroad tracks and created buildings rolling through the city on these rails. This is an awesome concept that I do hope comes to life.
