May 15, 2014 Brazilian Kids Learn English by Video Chatting With Lonely Elderly Americans
When coming up with a startup idea the first question always asked is “what problem are you solving?” In this case, on one side we have aging elderly Americans who have no one to interact with, and on the other side we have Brazilian students who are trying to learn English but have no one to practice conversing with. FCB Brazil identified the issue and launched a pilot program called Speaking Exchange for CNA language schools by putting the two together to create one awesome solution – easily one of the best projects I’ve seen in a while.
