Talk about some heavy competition! Although Vine has been out for several months, Instagram has already gained the upper hand with their built-in heavy user base of over 130 million strong. Only time will tell, however, whether or not Instagram users will actually pick up on the new video feature, but if even a fraction of them do, Vine will have quite an up-hill battle ahead of them. Although Vine was acquired by Twitter last April, this is just another example of how a behemoth like Facebook can come crashing down on your world without any notice.
