Fast Company has this short series called 30 Second MBA where notable individuals describe some insightful experiences that they have experienced during their career and want to share with the world. It’s short, concise, and actually quite helpful. Here’s one of my favorites by Joe Jimenez, CEO of Novartis. Do I know what Novartis is? Definitely not. But I did find his quote quite valuable: “[Never] take a linear career path.” Simple, but very powerful.
