Jul 15, 2011 No Look Pass: Burmese-American Harvard Basketball Graduate Comes Out
This film looks amazing for many reasons, not the least of which is my universal endorsement for anything related to women’s sports. She’s also a Burmese-American woman struggling with her coming out as a lesbian in a conservative Asian community. (What this feature film is going to do for that “secret” is another question entirely, but…)
And it looks like its next and only remaining scheduled screening is this Sunday in West Hollywood. So check it out.
