From Rockstar Games, the same studio that brought us the Grand Theft Auto series, comes the third installment of the Red Dead series. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel to the critically acclaimed Red Dead Redemption that released 8 years ago and seems that RDR2 is frontrunner for Game of the Year according to multiple gaming review publications.
RDR2 is a Western action adventure game which takes place in 1899 as the player controls an outlaw named Arthur Morgan. With an open world setting in the Wild West, the game doesn’t follow one linear storyline as it lead to 23 different storylines. Red Dead Redemption releases today on Playstation 4 and XBox One with a Special, Ultimate, and Collector’s Box Edition also available.
